Milton Campbell and Frank Madden are the principles in the business and share the management of Friendly City Tire with a management team. The team is made up of the most experienced and dedicated employees from the service, sales, and clerical areas of the business. The team communicates on a regular basis with a common goal of seeing that our customers have a pleasant experience on every visit to Friendly City Tire.
Management Philosophy:
The management of Friendly City Tire operate the business with the anticipation of producing a profit. However, the profit motive is considered secondary to the philosophy of operating a business with the highest degree of integrity in the dealings with customers and employees. It is not the desire of the company's officers to get rich. Rather, they desire to obtain and maintain financial security for the company while sharing the benefits of good business and prosperity with the employees of the company in the form of pay and benefits. They believe in rewarding employees who display good attitudes and performance. They strive to get and keep good employees with the realization that the employees are the company.

Donald Mayo
ASE Certified Team Member
Donald Mayo started working with Friendly City Tire part time while still in high school. Except for a three year period when he worked in the furniture industry, he has been with Friendly City Tire since 1973. He is ASE certified in all the types of service performed by FCT.
Susan Thompson
Service and Sales/Team Member
Susan Thompson has been employed at FCT since 1998. She works in service and sales with her primary responsibility being that of follow up on service requests from the initial customer contact until the customer's work is satisfactorily completed.
Jeremy Bland
ASE Certified Team Member
Jeremy Bland has worked continuously with FCT since 1997. He is factory trained in front end repair and alignments. Jeremy finished in the top of his class at the Hunter Engineering school in St. Louis. Jeremy also is ASE certified in brake and front end.
Jonathan Berryhill
ASE Certified
ASE certified in steering and suspension.
Wanda Moroney
Clerical, Sales, Customer Service
Wanda has been with FCT since 1989. Her duties include clerical, sales and customer service activities.
Dennis Willard
Service Department
Several years experience with Wal-Mart automotive service department.
Matt Loden
Service Tech
Matt has only recently joined our team. He works part time in the afternoons and on Saturdays.
Derek Raney
Part-Time Staff Member
Works part time in the afternoon and weekends.
Josh Mason
Service Department
Josh has now worked here for almost three years and is acquiring the necessary skills to become a Tech 2 mechanic.
